New Client Orientation is a 6-week group designed for adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse and/or sexual assault. This group provides foundational information to help clients increase their knowledge of abuse as well as develop coping skills that will help them better support themselves in healthy ways throughout the therapeutic healing process.

The Sexual Assault Group is an ongoing, weekly group designed for female adult survivors of rape/sexual assault. Participants will learn about common reactions and feelings following a sexual trauma, process the ways in which the trauma impacts their lives today, and learn and utilize healthy coping skills, etc. The group is strengths-focused and utilizes a variety of modalities to assist in the healing journey including various art projects, peer support, group discussions, as well as body and mind exercises. This group requires an assessment and completion of New Client Orientation before attendance.
The Adult Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse group is a 10 week, open group to provide support, education, and healing techniques for adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse. Adult survivors will gain the courage needed to break their silence and discover a path to healing along with others dealing with similar emotions. This group incorporates art therapy, mindful relaxation, and peer support to emphasize healing and promote wellness. This group requires an assessment and completion of New Client Orientation before attendance.
One-on-one therapy sessions are available. An assessment and completion of New Client Orientation are required before attendance. Sessions are by appointment only. Our clinicians stay up to date on innovations in the trauma field to more effectively and efficiently alleviate effects of this crime. Clinicians incorporate EMDR in the healing process.
