Individual Therapy

The Sexual Assault Group is an ongoing, weekly group designed for female adult survivors of rape/sexual assault. Participants will learn about common reactions and feelings following a sexual trauma, process the ways in which the trauma impacts their lives today, and learn and utilize healthy coping skills, etc. The group is strengths-focused and utilizes a variety of modalities to assist in the healing journey including various art projects, peer support, group discussions, as well as  body and mind exercises. This group requires an assessment and completion of New Client Orientation before attendance.
The Adult Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse group is a 10 week, open group to provide support, education, and healing techniques for adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse. Adult survivors will gain the courage needed to break their silence and discover a path to healing along with others dealing with similar emotions. One-on-one therapy sessions are available. An assessment and completion of New Client Orientation are required before attendance.
